 I want to exercise 30 minutes per day  to stop weighing every day!  look in the mirror and like what I see  be able to drive any vehicle comfortably  Attain physical, emotional, and spiritual health  To get fit and healthy by summer of 07  loose 21 pounds by 5/18/07  Spend more time in the Word!  Get more organized at home  excersize at least 5 times a week  UP MY PROTIEN INTAKE AND LOOSE THE WEIGHT I REGAINED  lose 100 pounds from surgery day!  Start living again instead of just exsisting  Be thin, be happy, be healthy and be a testimony!  Get back on my Horse Ginger without any help of a chair or a hand up.  to lose 125 lbs  take flying lessons when I make goal weight.  Take my family to Disney!  To Have A TUMMY TUCK!! :)  Be ablet o fit confortably into resturant booths and theater chairs.  Be able to dance, walk, stand, climb stairs, and exercise without pain.  To get down to 140 pounds... and KEEP it off!!  have more energy and be able to enjoy doing things with my family more  fit in a seat at the movies  I want to loos 119 lbs  160 lbs  wear single digit clothes  Feel SEXY again!  weigh 150 or LESS!!!  Exercise 4 times a week.  Reach my goal weight of 150 by May 17th, 2007.  Improved health reduce meds  lose 125 lbs starting now, but surgery on march 12, 2007  Feel good about myself  To be the very best I can in every way! To be Healthy--To look fit and trim  meditate for at least 15 minutes a day  Be able to walk without loosing my breathe on flat ground.  be a jogger  land my very first teaching job.  go out in public without being ashamed of how I look  have more energy and work fulltime hours without being completly exhausted  Play more activly with my son  be an active mom, teach my family to be healthy as well  Get MY drivers license this summer.  Participate in a Walk From Obesity  Improve my health  earn my MLS.  get my belly button pierced  weigh less than 200  exercise 3 times a week
