 Go to church weekly  BE ABLE TO CROSS MY LEGS WHILE SITTING IN A CHAIR..LIKE A LADY ! LOL !  climb stairs without feeling winded  go to concerts without worrying about seating  buy an outfit from Banana Republic  make my surgeons goal weight  Re-enter the work force with the job of my choice  shop in normal stores  do 20 min on the treadmill 5 days a week  wear a little black dress  Go to the gym 3 times a week  Do the eliptical for 35 minutes  Take back my life!  Lose 125 pounds  To become a healther person for my family and me!!  No longer need diabetes medication  walk 3 miles  Walk every day for 15 min, first 3 weeks after surgery  Goal weight of 135 or less.  feel normal in my own body to improve my self-esteem and social anxieties.  Get onto the fire department  Lose enough so I can learn to scuba dive  tie my shoes without being uncomfortable  Come through the surgery without complications or problems.  Get my Lap Band surgery!  reduce my cholesterol to a healthy number  fit into a REAL size 14 pair of jeans, not 14W.  Ride the RAGBRAI  Weigh 135 Pounds  wear a size 10  weigh 180-200 ibs.  get to the top of the barnegat lighthouse  To make my goal and to remind myself all the hard work I put into getting there  shop anywhere for clothes  Get back to playing softball  run on the beach  learn belly dancing and salsa dancing  get 15 minutes in the steam room once a week  have surgery, loose at least 100lbs, and start a new life!  say goodbye to the 200's forever!  go clothes shopping with my daughter!  be in a size 12  Take my family to Fenway Park and actually sit in the chair.  Shop at the front of the women's department store  feel beautiful on my wedding day  steadily lose weight and reach goal weight within 12 to 18 months.  Not gain any more weight before surgery.  walk or run long distances  get rid of my edema in legs and ankles  Below 140
