 hit the gym at four days a week!  WALK 2 MILES  Live a long, healthy, and vibrant life!  Have more energy after weightloss  Make wiser decisions about taking care of my health.  reach a normal BMI  Make appts. for pre-op tests this week; schedule app. with LNP and dietician  Start my exercise program and get in compliance  COOK HEALTHIER  plan for my eating  be healthy for myself and my family  To quit smoking,i did it 2 weeks ago!  Help as many pre-op and post-op patients as I can to gain energy and feel great.  reach 150 lbs by 1 year post op.  balance my diet, make exercise a daily routine, and lose the pounds for surgery.  git aprvoal and start gastirc bypass  To climb a flight of stairs without getting short of breath  Have energy to play with my kids and enjoy my life at a healthy weight  have surgery!  To have a healthy BMI  Start living again instead of just exsisting  Be healthy and fit so I can chase my energetic toddler daughter around  save enough money to pay for my WLS.  Get healthy and excersize regularly!  Be a healthy person.  Have RNY surgery  To get fit and healthy by summer of 07  get to 135 pounds  MAINTAIN A DIET PRE-OP  Lose 150 lbs pre and post op combined.  Have a normal BMI  get my health back in condition and to rid the fat in my body  Walk a mile  Climb a flight of stairs without getting winded!  ride my bicycle 100 miles  Lose the 10% required befor surgey... 30 LBS  Get under 200 lbs  Cut out soda. Drink more water.  Include more activity in every day life. Get moving, start with small steps.  under 200 by my B day in July  become more active  135 lbs, active, positive, healthy  Weigh Less than 300 lbs  weigh less than 250 lbs  reach a healthy weight for my body type & have more energy for myself!!  loose 21 pounds by 5/18/07  Drink 64 oz water everday  lose enough weight to feel good about myself and my appearance.  To get to 220 LBS  get approved for surgery!
