Take the stairs because I want to and not lose my my breath.  my first goal is to get below 200 pounds.  Run a marathon (Crazy, I know!)  No snacking in between meals  31. Go to a mall, walk around and not feel fatigued.  lose 30lbs over the next 12 weeks  obtain a healthy weight and to keep me fit  Maintain my current weight.  be a good example of healthy eating to my kids.  lose this pesty winter 10lbs before my fam. reunion in April.  Join OA Overeaters Anymous to change my behavior before the surgery.  Weigh under 150 is the ultimate goal....  be a healthy, active Mom & Foster Mom!  Wear a size 22/24  To reach my goal weight of 150.
