 Saddle Back 1/2 Marathon 13.1 miles 5/28/07  Sit down and put my feet in the chair with me...and hug my legs. :)  lose 10 pounds before surgery  lose at least 10 pounds per month  start an exercise program  Walk w/out having to sit down in a couple of minutes  Complete an Ironman Triathlon  complete my paperwork and all test required for insurance approval  Have lap band surgery  Be off of my blood pressure medication!  Exercise faithfully and enjoy doing it!  Lose 100 Pounds Permanently!!!  be under 160 lbs  Start using my treadmill  be able to sit comfortably in seats in public places (theatres, etc)  be under 200 pounds by Christmas!  Lose my first 100 pounds this year!!  Get my blood sugar under control  Take my vitamins!  I would like to loose 5 more pounds before my surgery.  get below 300lbs  ride a bike without deflating the tires!  maintain my current weight.  30 pounds before Christmas  lose the required pre-op weight  To reach my target weight of 150lbs  Hike to top of Half Dome in Yosemite State Park over 17 mile hike. 7/13/07  Get my BMI under 30  Get a suregery date set!  TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GET HEATHIER  not drink soda ever again  where a size 12 someday  World Famous Camp Pendleton Mud Run 10k 6/9/07  To get the RNY soon and begin on my journey to better health.  Keep exercising 4-5 days per week and keep eating up my healthy eating.  lose 150 pounds  Fit into a regular public bathroom stall  lose 70 pounds.  Lose 200 Lbs.  Drink 64 oz of water daily  Walk for 30 minutes as fast as I can, at least three times each week.  Be able to finish a protein shake without taking hours!  Camp Pendleton Sprint Triathlon 500 yard ocean swim, 30K bike ride, 5k run 8/18  Be a 'one digit' clothing size (size 9 is my goal!)  Corona Del Mar 5k 6/2/07  I want to feel healthy and be a normal size. I want to exercise 3xweek.  loose 150 pounds before we leave for Europe on April 18th!  finish my pre-op tests and get insurance approval.  run with my husband  get under 200
