 walk or exercise at least twice per week  make it thru surgery without any complications  not let fear of the unknowen get in my way !  Reach 170 lbs  lose half my body weight...280lbs.  Get through the surgery without freaking out from fear  My Goal is to be able to run with my kids and dance with my husband...  To Loose 150 pounds!!  Lose enough weight to be healthy and comfortable being me.  have my weight start with a 1  believe my husband when he tells me I am sexy  I enjoy doing stained glass art  walk more with my dog  Finish My Book  To hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon  to run and play and not get winded or tired  hit 150 by December 18, 2007, my 35th birthday!!  Shop somewhere other than the plus size department  I want to walk without being out of breath.  Not take any medication for diabetes  achieve and keep physical & emotional health  I'd like not be weighed down emotionally by my weight.  weigh 135  have breast augmentation surgery to even out the girls.  To build up more muscle tone  weigh 125-130 pounds  wear sleeveless shirts and shorts with pride!  Walk, stretch, move  be at 150  Get the surgery  See food as fuel NOT comfort.  to relax and not let family rule my life  To become overweight!! (LOL. According to the BMI chart)  lose 100 pounds in one year  1. Feel energetic and healthy.  Take ballroom dance lessons  be able to climb steps and not have aching knees.  Get down to 225 pounds before summer gets here.  ride a bike with my boys  my goal is to loose 100 pounds  Be be a size 9 and to go to my 20th year reunion and wow everyone!!!  Keep my weight off, and stay healthy  Play kickball with my class and actually run the bases  To go whitewater rafting  to be healthy and be as happy with my outside as i am with my inside  Go to the gym at least 4 times a week  feel feminine again!  Buy a new wardrobe  wear a bathing suit with cofidence  Get married and have at least one child
