 Play kickball with my class and actually run the bases  Weigh under 300 lbs.  Get down to 225 pounds before summer gets here.  lose 80 pounds.  lose half my body weight...280lbs.  weigh less than 150 pounds  To build up more muscle tone  to run and play and not get winded or tired  1. Feel energetic and healthy.  To shop in the "regular" clothes section  feel my kids hug me and not my belly!  Weigh under 250 lbs!  Shop somewhere other than the plus size department  my goal is to loose 100 pounds  Fit comfortably in an airplane seat.  Learn to Swim  To become overweight!! (LOL. According to the BMI chart)  To hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon  get down to 130 lbs!  to relax and not let family rule my life  Get Approval From My Insurance So I Can Have A Life  hit 150 by December 18, 2007, my 35th birthday!!  ride a bike with my boys  I want to walk without being out of breath.  find a new job.  achieve and keep physical & emotional health  To be able to walk and talk at the same time  hit 142 lbs, which will make me half of my original weight!  Cross my legs for the FIRST time in my life  I'd like not be weighed down emotionally by my weight.  Walk 15 minutes a day  Be In Love  Be comfortable in a single coach airline seat  Get my entire life on track. To do what I feel that I need to do to be happy.  wear a bathing suit with cofidence  Pole dance for my honey ; )  150 lbs  meet the love of my life and marry him  Go to the gym at least 4 times a week  remember my vitamins every single day  Finish My Book  polish my own toenails.  Not take any medication for diabetes  Increase my self-esteem.
