 finally be an average size, like my siblings  TO BECOME ACTIVE, HEALTHY, AND TO MAKE GOOD FOOD CHOICES.  Hike every national park in the U.S.  Get remarried  Loose 50% of my body weight!  walk more with my dog  weigh 135  LOSE AS MUCH AS I CAN BEFORE MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING IN TEXAS ON JULY FOURTH!  find new ways to cope w/fear, anxiety, depression and joy.  To Get my water in everyday! Start eating better,get in my protien.  believe my husband when he tells me I am sexy  Be be a size 9 and to go to my 20th year reunion and wow everyone!!!  walk or exercise at least twice per week  have endurance  Go to the gym at least 4 times a week  Take my family to Disney!  not let fear of the unknowen get in my way !  Not take any medication for diabetes  To Loose 150 pounds!!  Take ballroom dance lessons  make it thru surgery without any complications  my gaol is to lose more weight i want to be at least 160lbs  Start scuba diving again  See food as fuel NOT comfort.  lose 100 pounds from surgery day!  Reach 170 lbs  1. Feel energetic and healthy.  lose 100 pounds in one year  to get out of my 200's  have breast augmentation surgery to even out the girls.  My Goal is to be able to run with my kids and dance with my husband...  Walk, stretch, move  be at 150  To ride on a roller coaster with my daughter  I enjoy doing stained glass art  Paint my bedroom!  Ride a bike around Mackinaw Island.  to start a new life after surgery and take it one day at a time.  learn to like myself and be comfortable in my own skin.  feel feminine again!  have my weight start with a 1  have normal cholesterol levels.  wear sleeveless shirts and shorts with pride!  Finish My Book  be able to climb steps and not have aching knees.  wear a bathing suit with cofidence  Take up diving again.  Buy a new wardrobe  to run and play and not get winded or tired  Get through the surgery without freaking out from fear
