 After surgery my goal is to lose 80lbs by my one year mark. I wish....  Get through the surgery without freaking out from fear  lose half my body weight...280lbs.  Be be a size 9 and to go to my 20th year reunion and wow everyone!!!  LOOK BETTER NAKED!!! of course  make it thru surgery without any complications  lose 100 pounds in one year  learn how to snowboard  I want to walk without being out of breath.  sit in a chair with arms comfortably  Start my Master's Degree  To become overweight!! (LOL. According to the BMI chart)  Go to the gym at least 4 times a week  Play kickball with my class and actually run the bases  To build up more muscle tone  wear sleeveless shirts and shorts with pride!  TO BECOME ACTIVE, HEALTHY, AND TO MAKE GOOD FOOD CHOICES.  To hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon  feel feminine again!  Finish My Book  ride a bike with my boys  Start scuba diving again  to start a new life after surgery and take it one day at a time.  not let fear of the unknowen get in my way !  My Goal is to be able to run with my kids and dance with my husband...  I enjoy doing stained glass art  be comfortable around new people, rather than thinking if they are judging me  my gaol is to lose more weight i want to be at least 160lbs  Loose 50% of my body weight!  Teach my son good eating habits  Find a way to pay for plastic surgery!  be at 150  To ride on a roller coaster with my daughter  I'd like not be weighed down emotionally by my weight.  weigh under 250 lbs.  Kick the crap out of obesity for GOOD.  Hike every national park in the U.S.  To Get my water in everyday! Start eating better,get in my protien.  Paint my bedroom!  Not take any medication for diabetes  Have self confidence  learn to like myself and be comfortable in my own skin.  Have RNY surgery  have normal cholesterol levels.  to run and play and not get winded or tired  Eat more veggies than I have been  Buy a new wardrobe  Get down to 225 pounds before summer gets here.  find new ways to cope w/fear, anxiety, depression and joy.  wear a bathing suit with cofidence
