 walk the OKC zoo with my sons.  50 lb loss  Reach my wedding weight.  Start with losing 25lbs with my goal being to lose 135lbs.  Lose weight and feel better without pain meds.  To not be grunting all the time and get off all of my medications.  reach a healthy weight for my body type & have more energy for my family!!  Feel good about myself and love what I see when I look in the mirror  To reach 150 lbs  Complete the Susan G Komen 3 day breast cancer walk  Feel comfortable with my appearance when I attend job interviews  Compete in my first Equine Endurance Ride in the spring of 2008.  Be able to bend over and paint my toenails!!  Get rid of my high blood pressure  Lose 100% of my excess weight. To be a concientious eater & excercise regularly  To wear a bathing suit and not be embarassed!!  No longer have to shop at Lane Bryant and the Plus Size dept. of stores  Weigh 120 - penultimate goal!  not graze between meals  Not consider myself as the fat friend anymore.  Be under 200 lbs.  get surgery date  Goal Weight is 130  Start Running again  BE ABOUT 150 POUNDS  Reach 150 pounds and be happy about myself!  complete my Associate's Degree and get a job as a Paraprofessional  To be able to go shopping with my sisters and buy smaller clothes than they do!!  Be under 300  Get Approval From My Insurance So I Can Have A Life  To get to a healthy weight  Weigh 174.5 - BMI < 30 - "overweight" not "obese"  To become a nurse  My primary goal after surgery is to lose at least 25lbs before surgery.  My goal weight is to be a healthy 125lbs to 140lbs  fit in the seats at Dodger Stadium  Wear a dress  To get healthy  start walking at least 30 minutes a day.  fit through the turn stiles at Disney World  Fit comfortably in the desks at school even though most of it is in my head.  Have a good picture taken of me  to feel comfortable in my own skin  BE ABLE TO WALK AND STAND WITHOUT BACK AND KNEE PAIN  to weigh 135  My first goal is to lose 100 pounds  to weight 175  Get married and have at least one child  focus more on my religion & spirituality.  Get to Onederland!
