 motivate myself & start my own business  continue on with my career  get off my medications!!!! Number 1!  obtain a healty weight and to keep moving  be able to fit into a seat and be comfortable.  Get down to 130 lbs!!!  I think i will keep my goal as getting below 200 lbs. Mostly to be healthy!  Continue to follow the 12-steps and address my issues with food  Walk 5 times a week!  To get my physically fit and be able to drink a gallon of water or more a day  weigh under 200 lbs.  be able to walk the half-marathon.  lose 100 lbs in 6 months  Get to "One-derland"  walk closer to God on a daily basis  be happy and healthy  Cross my legs  Run a mile  look and feel better about myself for ME & my family.  lose about 150lbs. and live a normal life.  become a nurse  Continue maintaining weightloss by daily lifestyle by moderation.  get down to 200 pounds  loose atleast 100 pounds  My goal is to be healthy  bycycle 10 miles per week  find a better career for ME!  Take a dance class  weigh under 200 lbs!  Reach goal weight of 165lbs  stop being a door mat  feel better about myself!  Lose 20 pounds  continue to eat healthy until I get to my goal weight!  Acheive a weight of 132  be able to soak in my bathtub for the first time  To have alap for my Nieces and Nephews to sit on instead on my chest  Lose 30lbs over the next 6 weeks.  take my boys swimming  be able to go rafting and if I fall in, be able to pull myself back into the raf  Love Myself  get over my constant fear of dying  keep up with all the house work  to get weight loss surgery  Wear regular size clothing  Get to my ideal weight for my height which is 180  Be 200 pounds by May 29, 2007  TO GET TO 145  keeping up with my boys  walk 4 times a week for 45 minutes.
