 go shopping and buy clothes off the rack  Go to the gym at least 3 times a week  lose 150 lbs  to be healthy & fit  lose 125 lbs  Come off of High Blood Pressure medicine  I will lose a 100 pounds  Sitting comfortable at MinuteMaid Park  Get out there and try things i havn't yet.  Get Sleep DR to Clear For Surgery  type your goal hereShop for clothes in the "normal" size range.  Have a BMI of 25 or less  try my protein bars and shakes before surgery to find out what I like  get healthy and stay that way!  I will weigh under 200 lbs  lose 25 lbs  respect my body and what I put in it and excersize.  Get approved for surgery  Maintain my health weight for the rest of my life.  fly without a seatbelt extender!  be healthy, happy, and a little bit sexy.  become the woman that I have always dreamed of being  lose 75 lbs  Get a job i am confident about and love.  To believe, really believe Jesus loves me for ME!!!  never to need to shop by catalog again  tie my on shoes  take one day at a time.  Get down to 145-150 lbs!  drop 30lbs more by my surgiversary 05/25  obtain a healthy weight and get back to living my life. Free of pain!!  to walk a long way with out giving out of breath  No longer wear cpap  lose 50 lbs  lose 100 lbs  My goal is to maintain my weight loss, and live a healthy and happy life in this  To Love Myself  Find a career that is fulfilling and pays well.  run the soccer field with my girls  Be at least 100 lbs lighter before I Graduate College.  Lose down to around 180 and do all the things I need and want to do in life.  for people to really comment me on how i look not as a fat person  Is to fit into my skinny jeans again!  buy protein and vitamins  To feel better than ever before  Reach 140lbs  Get through the Insurance hoops and get this done!  Get my WLS approval!  Have a tummy tuck done in May 2007!  I will exercise a minimum of 5 days a week
