 get off high blood pressure medicine  Get off my blood pressure medications.  I am going to get my surgical tech degree  exercise moore  lose 200 pounds  Be able to run by the time I reach my goal weight  TO BE A BETTER ME TO BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY...  to feel better about myself,to love me!  fit in a seat at the movies  find a new job.  exercise 3 times a week  sustain employment at my new job at least past the 90 day probationary period.  weigh less than 200  ride a bike with my boys  get down to 175 pounds.  Eat smarter  I am going to exercise and eat healthy again  better myself so I can become a better wife and mother.  To stop being a crybaby  start a local clothing exchange.  hit 150 by December 18, 2007, my 35th birthday!!  get my belly button pierced  go out in public without being ashamed of how I look  Make it to 200 pounds  STAY HEALTHY, AND TO STAY FOCUSED ON MY WELL BEING AND WEIGHTLOSS  take my kids to an amusement park and spend all day riding rides with them  Turn someone's head when I walk by  I am not going to be judgemental towards people  look in the mirror and like what I see  weigh less than 300 pounds  feel physically like I do mentally.  have more energy and work fulltime hours without being completly exhausted  have more energy and be able to enjoy doing things with my family more  Go back to school and get my Teaching Degree.  get into grad school for the April 2007 quarter.  to stop weighing every day!  Lead a healthy and active lifestyle!  be a WLS success story and dispell some of the myths about WLS.  be an active mom, teach my family to be healthy as well  meditate for at least 15 minutes a day  go back to school for my Master's degree.  go dancing agin.  be a jogger  survive 2 weeks of optifast  start a local WLS support group w/local professionals  be able to drive any vehicle comfortably  reach my ideal weight and maintain it. It is also important to stay healthy.  weigh less than 200 pounds  To be the very best I can in every way! To be Healthy--To look fit and trim  Lose weight so that I can start horseback riding with my hubby.
