 Get a new job with a good boss  Start living again instead of just exsisting  Be healthier before I have children.  stay quit- from smoking  control my diabetes (or even get rid of it!)  Be ablet o fit confortably into resturant booths and theater chairs.  become active  Get more organized at home  adopt a little girl.  move out of my basement apartment!  Return to playing tennis and golf. Be more active!  return to the small, healthy and comfortable size God intended me to be.  Get physically fit! (150 pounds)  get into a size 14 misses  DECREASE HEALTH RISKS< LIVE HEALTHIER  Learn to eat healthy and to maintain my new healthy lifestyle  manage my depression  Travel on a plane WITHOUT a seatbelt extender.  To get down to 140 pounds... and KEEP it off!!  join a support group  To make it under 350 lbs  Improve my health  Be able to walk without loosing my breathe on flat ground.  Start exercising every day for 30 mins.  buy a house.  Get approved for the surgery  Lose 20 pounds before surgery.  Have a healthy baby  weigh 125  take care of me first  give away my > size 20 clothes!  lose enough weight to make my health problems go away  Participate in a Walk From Obesity  Go to the gym at least 3 times a week!  finish college  Feel good about myself  To make to surgery date without gaining but losing or maintaing my weight  Play more activly with my son  Get MY drivers license this summer.  be comfortable with the seatbelt on  Go outside 30 minutes a day  160 lbs  feel better in the summer heat  play outside for long periods of time with my kids.  UP MY PROTIEN INTAKE AND LOOSE THE WEIGHT I REGAINED  have a sex life again!  To learn as much as I can pre-op so I can do what I am supposed to after surgery  Reach my goal weight of 135  be able to share my sister's clothes  Exercise 4 times a week.
