 No longer need cholesterol meds  Go hiking on the Adirondack Trail  I am going to have Lap-Band surgery and get the weight off my aching knees.  learn to like myself and be comfortable in my own skin.  Ride horse again  keep a positive attitude even when the scale won't move.  lose 30lbs  Wear stylish clothes again  To overcome diabetes  not have people stare and whisper about the way I look  continue to maintain my weight loss.  To get to 220 LBS  Take some fun college courses  Walk or exercise at least 5 days per week  Wear size 10 clothes  Get through this Revison with Flying Colors & complete this journey with success  Get my Phd in something  Wear shorts in public  Maintain a healthy weight and not be concerned with losing control.  Reach 100 pounds lost, everything after that is a bonus!  Be able to wear those cute ankle socks with the pictures on them  Get back into Church  Never to hit 200 again  Not to wear anything with an X in the size  Kick the crap out of obesity for GOOD.  to visit the Jan 06 board more often...  wear something from Victoria's Secret.  Paint my own toe nails  Find a way to pay for plastic surgery!  To continue to lose weight, (I have already lost 40#) and daily exercise!  Go skydiving!!!  Not worry about which chair I sit in and hope it will hold my weight  quit being scared of chairs!  Explore other career options  Shop in a store that does NOT carry Plus Sizes  to cross my legs  to be under 300 pounds  Go back to church  Wear colors again  Be able to run at least one mile  To take my vitamins everyday  Complete my preop liquid diet faithfully  Be cast in a play  Say "no" to the first guy who asks me out  Ride my adopted Mustang  Weigh what my driver's license says I weigh...40 yrs ago  Learn to be happy with myself  Right now I just want to make it through the liquids phase. One day at a time...  Prevent diabetes  learn the difference in being physically hungry and emotionally hungry.
