 to be a better person to myself  Be able to walk with my husband without hearing "You walk too slow".  Include more activity in every day life. Get moving, start with small steps.  Travel More!!  Wear my husbands T-shirts and have them be big :o)  Finish writing my book (fiction)  To help people and make a different in there life, for the good.  Have energy to play with my kids and enjoy my life at a healthy weight  Win against the evil empire that is CIGNA!!  Shop in the Misses Department  pay attention to my body.  To look on the outside ,how I finally feel on the inside!  ride a bike with my children  Having a race with my 2 sons in the park.  Be able to run & play ball with my kids without being out of breath.  have a after pic  learn to ice skate  Staying focused to reach a healthy weight.  To start participating in sports versus just being a spectator  I'm going to learn to love myself.  Be healthy and fit so I can chase my energetic toddler daughter around  get to 135 pounds  Fit into a single size, not a teen or twenty anymore!  Get a job i am confident about and love.  to become physically fit and to lead a more active lifestyle  Shop at GAP & Old Navy  I want to be able to borrow clothes from my sister.  Fit into Roller Coaster ride seats without worrying I WON'T fit  lose 150 lbs  go on vacation with the family  lose 125 lbs  Become healthier in life for myself and to always be there for my children  type your goal hereShop for clothes in the "normal" size range.  Begin a new career helping others  Give myself a pedicure without having to hold my breath while bending over.  have surgery and be healthy before Christmas 2007  Is to fit into my skinny jeans again!  be healthy, happy, and a little bit sexy.  lose 100 lbs  I'd like to be able to sit on the floor and play games.  Have cute clothes to wear this summer...not just ones that fit!  be excited to see people from my past instead of dreading it  My goal is to be able to sleep without C-PAP, and off blood pressure meds!  Take a bath and have extra room in the tub.  to be healthy & fit  To climb a flight of stairs without getting short of breath  To strut in a pair of high heels again! (Preferably Stilettos)  Get out there and try things i havn't yet.  Skydive  To be able to play with my Grandkids
