 to get down to 125 which is a very healthy weight for me because I am only 5'1!!  weigh less than I did when I got married  Stick to a low carb / high protein diet to get ready for surgery.  Lose 33lbs by June 6, 2007  To be healthy enough to have babies, and to grow old with my husband  To be able to walk from the parking lot without being short of breath  weigh 350 lbs.  Buy some sexy lingerie from Victoria's secret or Fredericks  I want to complete the Post Masters CRM program by December 2008.  hear people say i'm pretty not that I have such a pretty face.  Get healthy and excersize regularly!  love myself and be at peace with who I am.  My first goal is to get approved!  Complete a Half-Marathon  weigh 250 lbs.  Lose weight to 170 lbs  weigh 200 lbs.  get off my medications for hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and get rid of my CPAP  to get down to 150 pounds  fit into a size 10 pants  To regain self confidence.  get down to 210 lbs.  Have my tummy tuck, breasts, arms and thighs done by end of '07!!  lose 65 lbs.  Help as many pre-op and post-op patients as I can to gain energy and feel great.  Reduce my osteoarthritis  wear my engagement ring with my wedding ring.  Complete in a FULL Triathlon (Swim 2.4m, Bike 112m, Run 26.2m)  get down to 200 by the middle of may 07  To lose 150 pounds  lose 60 lbs by my birthday  Im not even sure what IM doing right now  Going to ALL my appointment and get LapBand asap!  be a better wife to my husband.  Complete a Full Marathon  lose 90 pounds  Start exercising EVERY day  Finish testing and get my surgery date!  go bungee jumping!  Chase my children and catch them  To fit into a size 10!  enroll in the PhD program in December 2008.  Make initial appointment with surgeon  get down to 150 pounds  Complete a Sprint Triathlon  treasure my children every single day.  I want to work in a position using my Masters by the end of the calendar year.  Reach Onderland by my birthday  To tone up this hanging skin.  I want to take a vacation. -Nice and warm; so I can scuba.
