 Get rid of my high-blood pressure  To regain Health  Be able to walk without being in constant pain.  Get to 225 lbs and a size 40 pants.  to not be the biggest at the family reunion  weigh 150 or LESS!!!  Achieve a normal BMI  to get into a size 18  Be able to dance, walk, stand, climb stairs, and exercise without pain.  get down to 250 pounds,possibly even 225 :)  Be more socialable  To not have to take diabetes meds.  To Have A TUMMY TUCK!! :)  Ride a bicycle, shop, do Disneyland without a wheelchair, and long walks.  Be a mom someday  walk proud in my bikini on spring break!  Eat slower with smaller amounts.  To be under 180 pounds  wear heals and not cry  Live life to the fulliest.  Have my seatmate on a plane smile at me instead of a look of dread.  reach 199 or lower by my 3 month check up  to loose what my dr wants me too  wear single digit clothes  See food as fuel NOT comfort.  to eat something today..baby steps please  Walk without pain  fit into a size 14-16 dress for our military ball on the 24th of Feb.  Weigh in the 100's  Weigh less than 250 pounds!  Take care of my body, God's Temple.  Weigh less than 200 lbs by September 2007  To lose weight!  Get to my goal weight by October 14th!  SKY DIVE,SCUBA DIVE  Improved health reduce meds  Not have to shop in Plus Size clothes section.  Get rid of my diabetes and other co-morbidities  Help others who suffer from obesity and be of support to them.  Feel SEXY again!  excersize at least 5 times a week  Be more active with my kids!  Reach a BMI <25.  Be at peace. No more diets, shame, and other's judgments about my size.  150 LBS.  get through my first office visit.  Get a bodylift and liposuction of my waist & a boob job.  My goal is to get down to 120lbs  Lose 200 lbs !!!!!!  to weigh 150
