 Read a book a month  Be @ least 170 pounds.  Put myself first  Maintain my weight loss.  Have a fit and healthy body  to lose 120 lbs after my surgery and be at my correct weight  Learn to swim!  fit into a size 8  loose 40lbs(remaining weight Doctors goal) By the end of summer  go to Disney World  Teach only love  I would like to lose at least 75lbs  run and play with my son!  take up yoga & pilates when I am in better shape.  to get married  buy sexy lingerie at Victoria's Secret.  start walking at least 30 minutes a day.  Work in my right and perfect teaching position  Create and maintain an active spiritual life  Get down to 225 Pounds  I want my kids to be proud of me.  To reach a healthy weight of around 150-174 lbs  feel like a woman again  I would like to reach at least 120 lbs, maybe 100 lbs.  succeed in this weight loss journey and become healthier, happier, new person!!!  to be able to cross my legs  I work in my right and perfect teaching position.  Go on an amusement park ride with my kids  to graduate college.  Get out of plus sizes ONCE and FOR ALL!!!  focus more on my religion & spirituality.  Successfully complete the Reading Endorsement course  Build my self esteem and self confidence up  My goal is to start drawing & painting more often, I am a artist by trade.  exercise regularly  first, get below 200#'s...  Achieve ultimate success in a new job,to love to go to job each day.  Be a loving and effective mother, grandmother, daughter,sister,and friend  I want to feel good and look good, be able smile when I look in a mirror  To be happier person, To show I am worth it.  Feel comfortable in my clothes. No adjusting, pulling, stretching, etc.  find my right and perfect teaching position.  reach a healthy weight for my body type & have more energy for my family!!  My goal weight is to be a healthy 125lbs to 140lbs  not be embarrassed to wear a bathingsuit in public.  Establish and maintain a meaningful spiritual life  to loose my excess weight be healthier  I want, and I am going to be healhty.  become pregnant 16 months after surgery  To go outside and do yard work..walk around the Mall without pain!!
