 To "want" to excercise.  keep my new tool intact, not stretch it out and follow the rules and regulations  To accomplish one of my goals is to lose 19 pds. for the year of 2007. But the .  not struggle to put on my shoes  Is to be in size 12/14, by the summer  To get approved for my WLS before May 2007  To Reach My Mini Goals  Track my food and water intake each day.  hit 142 lbs, which will make me half of my original weight!  not be embarrassed to see old friends from high school or college.  wear tshirts from my concert collection  Reach 130# and a peaceful state of mind.  Weigh under 250 lbs!  be vigilant about reduction in carbs  stop grazing and eating carbs  To be able to fit in seats better when I am in public.  To be able to walk and talk at the same time  go to the beach in shorts and a tank top and not be embarrassed.  weight 168 (no longer overweight)  Feel comfortable with myself  drink less coffee, more water  be able to fish regularly in my boat.  go to Mackinac Island and ride bikes  To feel better about myself.  weigh 170 lbs., have a normal BMI, and have no more than 24% body fat.  Eat healthier NO cheating  push on with my plan to emigrate to USA  TO BECOME A LOSER AND GET HEALTHY  My goal is to weigh 175lbs  Be able to ride a bike.  Go up a flight a stairs at work and not feel like death afterwards!  To look better and more attactive.  feel better! Physically and emotionally.  Get excited about my life again.  play tennis without major back pain.  Be able to move better and without getting winded so soon.  Get down to 135lbs!!!  have gastric bypass surgery  To improve my spiritual life.  Weigh under 300 lbs.  lose 30 more pounds  have an uneventful surgery!  to always strive to be better than I was yesterday  To be able to move and do more things in intimate situations. (ahem)  Be able to play and run with my kids.  Feel comfortable with what I look like, preferably doing so in a size ten!  Walk upstairs without losing my breath  Reach the Century club!  to be happy to get into a size 14  Walk the Labor Day Mackinac Bridge walk
