 see 200 on the scale again by May!  exercise on a regular basis.  be at my goal weight of 130-135  to just be healthy and feel good about myself again  FIND A HUSBAND  walk everyday  complete my husband's Army scrapbook!  To No Longer Have To Use My CPAP Machine and To Reduce The Pain of Arthritis  weigh 135 lbs  WALK WITHOUT PAIN OR BEING SHORT OF BREATH.  lose 115 lbs  Be able to walk 1 mile each day  Learn a new skill every month. ( new spanish words, karate, yoga, etc)  Lose 150 Pounds!  Read my daily devotional every day!  Feel comfortable wearing a shirt tucked in  lose 100 pounds after having RNY surgery  Keep a more consistent food diary  wear sleeveless shirts and dresses.  Excersize at least 3 times a week  Take my top off at the beach  keep God #1 in my life because I know without him nothing is possible!!!  Comfortably wear jeans, shorts and skirts, wear a sundress, tuck in a shirt.  Weigh 185 lbs  be able to walk up the stairs without my knees hurting.  TO LOOSE 150 POUNDS IN THE NEXT THREE YEARS  GET OUT OF DEBT  LOOSE 120LBS AND STAY HEALTHY!  Eat health, well balanced meals.  feel good in my own skin  I am going to get my Masters degree.  be patient and let the process take its course  I want to pass my nursing entrance exam and get into nursing school!  lose 30 pounds before surgery  Do aerobic activity 4 days a week.  Become more confident in myself and my abilities.  stick to my gym schedule and workout 5 days a week  To put my panties on without having to lasso my foot.  weigh the same or less than I did when I graduated from High School  get down to 140 lbs. by this time next year  Finish my LPN to RN studies & graduate by 6/08  Be more open with my husband  Weigh under 350 lbs  Be in a size 10 pants.  Journal my throughts regularly  BE AT 150LBS BY SUMMER...  get below 255lbs  spend at least one hour with my children uninterrupted daily  Join a gym  Waterski
