 have a BMI under 30  GO BACK TO CHURCH WITH MY FAMILY and bathized my yongest kids.  take my boys swimming  have a BMI under 40  Be a good example to other people after my surgery.  accomplish what I have set out to do!  Get to "One-derland"  take one day at a time to discover my new me.  IS TO LOSE 148 POIUNDS TO BE AT 160  Fit it some seven jeans!  work out 3 times a week  Love Myself  Get back to my PREpregnancy weight  to admire my own body  Get a tattoo that marks my journey  I want to live through this surgery with little problems. :)  To get under 200 pounds  take one day at a time to dscover my new me.  become a normal person with no aches or pains that are related with obesity  lose about 150lbs. and live a normal life.  bycycle 10 miles per week  To go back home to Honduras to visit my family without being disgusted of myself  lose 110 lbs  complete a Half Ironman Triathlon (70.3 miles)  get my cardiac clearance  get through this post-op liquid puree diet.  One day to be a Register Nurse  be able to ride a horse again without feeling sorry for the horse  start the process of getting gastric bypass surgery  attend at least one support group meeting a month  be able to jog 2 mile without going out of breath.  TO GET TO 145  look as sexy on the outside as I feel on the inside!  Get a recertification as a practical nurse  get down to 185 pounds and tone the rest.  To wear high heels shoes without feeling like my knees and ankles are breaking  Grocery shopping without using one of those electric scooters.  Have my abdominals repair and a tummy tuck after I reach my weight.  Travel to Japan  Get below 150  Get to my ideal weight for my height which is 180  obtain a healty weight and to keep moving  Acheive a weight of 132  No More Muffin Top!!  be able to walk the half-marathon.  not drink with my meals and to wait 30 mins after eating before drinking  exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 mins per day  get over my constant fear of dying  walk closer to God on a daily basis  Stay committed to this process and not get discouraged.
