 Start living again instead of just exsisting  Lose 20 pounds before surgery.  go to Mackinac Island and ride bikes  be able to share my sister's clothes  have gastric bypass surgery  Get approved for the surgery  drink less coffee, more water  Go on rides with my 2 boys  provide a good role model for my daughter  to always strive to be better than I was yesterday  Improve my health  be vigilant about reduction in carbs  Play more activly with my son  Recover from knee replacement surgery  To get into a size 32-34 pant  play outside for long periods of time with my kids.  Reach 130# and a peaceful state of mind.  wear tshirts from my concert collection  Cross my legs, ride comfortably on an airplane  push on with my plan to emigrate to USA  have a neck  Be ablet o fit confortably into resturant booths and theater chairs.  Get down to 120 by next year  be comfortable with the seatbelt on  Is to be in size 12/14, by the summer  140  Go outside 30 minutes a day  Start exercising every day for 30 mins.  weigh 170 lbs., have a normal BMI, and have no more than 24% body fat.  have an uneventful surgery!  control my diabetes (or even get rid of it!)  Get more organized at home  Be able to walk without loosing my breathe on flat ground.  not struggle to put on my shoes  join a support group  Get excited about my life again.  manage my depression  Have no days without multiple vegetable/fruit servings  Walk upstairs without losing my breath  feel better in the summer heat  Walk the Labor Day Mackinac Bridge walk  get rid of the CPAP  take care of me first  160 lbs  UP MY PROTIEN INTAKE AND LOOSE THE WEIGHT I REGAINED  Track my food and water intake each day.  To "want" to excercise.  To get down to 140 pounds... and KEEP it off!!  my goal is to lose down to 160 pounds  learn to eat properly
