 exercise regularly  my gaol is to lose more weight i want to be at least 160lbs  Feel comfortable in my clothes. No adjusting, pulling, stretching, etc.  feel like a woman again  swim at the pool in a two piece suit  Lose weight, tone, get fit, and be active again.  Maintain my weight loss.  My goal is to weigh under 199 lbs.  Reach out to others and make new friends.  Talk with a therapist about emotional food issues still unresolved!  to stop eating for emotional reasons  drink less soda and watch for the old habits to not sink back in  Play 9 holes of golf in July  Celebrate the little ictories  Eat just 1200 calories a day and lose the required 10-15lbs  Go back to work!  walk on the treadmill at least 10 minutes every day  Acheive a max weight of 290 pounds!  Get back to life!  feel comfortable in shorts  weigh 220  I would like to reach at least 120 lbs, maybe 100 lbs.  To be able to to wear heels without discomfort  Walk and enjoy it  Stick to my pre-surgery diet with NO cheats  put God first in everything I do and pray more, especially for others.  loose 40lbs(remaining weight Doctors goal) By the end of summer  WEIGH 160  Drink more water  Go grocery shopping and not be in back pain afterwards.  To look in the mirror and love the person I see  Find an active Support Group in or near Carrollton  be able to become more active and socialable  Go on an amusement park ride with my kids  Have the Gastric Bypass  Be happy with me  be physically fit, active, and slender, and proud of me.  get to 175 lbs.  Is to get down to at least 200 lbs.!  NO LONGER BE EMBARRASSED OF MY WEIGHT WHEN I GO TO A POOL.  My goal is not only to lose weight but to get rid of my diabetes and get healthy  succeed in this weight loss journey and become healthier, happier, new person!!!  to not be noticed as the fattest one in a crowd  Try exceptionally hard to stick to the 1200 calorie diet my surgeon sent me.  Build my self esteem and self confidence up  Lose 10-15lbs in 5 weeks so my surgery can go ahead as planned  BUY CUTE CLOTHES FROM NORMAL SIZE STORE!  Learn how to roller blade  Get control of my weight and keep it  have my husband proud to be with me (even tho he says he is)
