Still have about 46 to go as of 2/18/07  be happy about myself  to enjoy get out and being active for the first time.  loose 80 lbs  walk the dog daily and not have her walk me  stay positive...think it, be it, live it!  become comfortable with my appearance & allow it so show in my personality!!  To run walk a 5k on 2-25-07  Become healthier for me and my family  Travel  To be healthy enough that I wont feel like I am losing out on the joy of life.  put my socks on without falling over  To control the beast that is my lack of will power...  Not be so lazy!  have a MBAHA by next June.  start school by september  weigh 150  To lose 75 pounds by christmas  To start my own Bariatric Support Group  get to a size 18  buy a bike  look like Iwas when I was 18  Look and feel better about myself..  To Weigh 170  Fly on my next vacation without having to buy two tickets.  Clean our house and keep it clean  walk up stairs without being winded  Is to find a job that I LOVE!!!  become a healthy and active Mom and Wife!
