 survive 2 weeks of optifast  better myself so I can become a better wife and mother.  To find a way to have WLS  STAY HEALTHY, AND TO STAY FOCUSED ON MY WELL BEING AND WEIGHTLOSS  Go back to school and get my Teaching Degree.  Weigh 185 lbs  I want to be a size 8 and weigh 140  Keep a more consistent food diary  reach my ideal weight and maintain it. It is also important to stay healthy.  TO LOOSE 150 POUNDS IN THE NEXT THREE YEARS  To be or do whatever I want to, before My wt stopped me  Make it to 200 pounds  to exercise at least 30 min/day  Get in to a one, maybe a two piece bathing suit  no longer see myself as the fattest person in the room  I am going to exercise and eat healthy again  BE AT 150LBS BY SUMMER...  achieve a healthy weight  Fit comfortably in an airplane seat.  Under 300 lbs!  Do aerobic activity 4 days a week.  lose 10 pounds on the pre-approval diet.  to fit into a size 10  exercise on a regular basis.  Reach my goal weight.  Turn someone's head when I walk by  To read my Bible daily  Start snow and water skiing next ski season! Dance w/my husband!  ultimately to get to my ideal body weight  FIND A HUSBAND  I am not going to be judgemental towards people  Be more open with my husband  I will go to Cedar Point & ride the Rollar Coasters w/my daughter  Get out of the house because I want to not because I have to.  be a WLS success story and dispell some of the myths about WLS.  go to the beach in shorts and a tank top and not be embarrassed.  I am going to get my Masters degree.  I will get on a horse again and ride until my hearts content!  Improve my health.  Become more outgoing.  Feel comfortable with what I look like, preferably doing so in a size ten!  get below 200 #s  maintain a healthy weight and keep my health in check  TO BE BEST WIFE , MOM AND GRANDMA I CAN BE  Journal my throughts regularly  Get to 256 *-100 lbs from surgery day Oct 30, 2006  Pay attention to myself  LOOSE 120LBS AND STAY HEALTHY!  GET OUT OF DEBT  Increase my self-esteem.
