 Eat more veggies than I have been  I want to live through this surgery with little problems. :)  Pick up 3 Year Medallion on 1/16/08  weigh under 300 lbs  Make more friends from the boards  weigh under 250lbs  walk or exercise at least twice per week  To make my goal of 169 by 7/19/07  weigh under 200lbs  Get to "One-derland"  be SEEN!  Run a 5K without walking any of it.  eat more vegetables, at least one serving per day  Weigh 145 lbs and fit into a size 10...and have dangerous curves again!  MY GOAL IS TO BECOME A MODEL AND STRENGHTEN MY SKILLS AS A MAKEUP ARTIST  be healthier, happier and stronger  be healthy and active so that I can enjoy life with my daughter.  lose weight and get healthy  to feel comfortable within myself  Jump in Church while Worshiping my God!  Fly without a seatbelt extender  Have my abdominals repair and a tummy tuck after I reach my weight.  Get down to 130 lbs!!!  be happy and healthy  finally feel good about myself and lose like 125 lbs!  Restart flying  get down to 125 by next year  Go to an amusment park and fit on the rides, comfortably.  White Water Rafting  To Get Back on Track  Shop at Anthropologie  do the stairs without gasping for air!  take one day at a time to dscover my new me.  Exercise More Often  get the lapband!!!  be able to wear my wedding rings again!  Hike  Play a sport for fun  I want to start jogging.  get down to 185 pounds and tone the rest.  Be able to like myself again, be proud of myself, regain self respect.  Fit into my wedding ring!  TO GET TO 145  Be able to wear a sexy dress and show it off!  be a FUN and ACTIVE Mommy!  To weigh 190 lbs by my graduation May 4th.  meet the love of my life and marry him  Love Myself  Start my Master's Degree  keep up with all the house work
