 for people to really comment me on how i look not as a fat person  Have a tummy tuck done in May 2007!  Finish all pre-op appointments and get a date for surgery  go shopping and buy clothes off the rack  run the soccer field with my girls  WOW the people of my past, present and future!!!  Be at least 100 lbs lighter before I Graduate College.  get below 250 lbs  Find a career that is fulfilling and pays well.  take more dance classes  Sitting comfortable at MinuteMaid Park  to get the VSG done by the end of this year!  Lose down to around 180 and do all the things I need and want to do in life.  to make it through this liquid and protein week!  Stay where I am at with my weight and live life to the fullest  get healthy and stay that way!  Hit the 100 lbs lost mark!  visits with my friends and family more often.  tie my on shoes  To no longer be considered obese !  completely resolve my diabetes  weight less than my husband weighs  get down to 150 lbs by Oct. 2007  To be a healthy weight & get off medications.  at least lose 20 pounds by january  loose 175 pounds  to wear a pair of jeans and not have my belly roll over the top of my jeans  be physically able to learn martial arts  Have a BMI less than 35  Weight in between 180-190Lbs  To hit the 100lbs lost mark by Christmas!  Get Sleeve surgery completed  Be able to cross my legs again!  Lose my 30lbs. pre-op weight!  Get active at the obesityhelp site  To weigh 173: 100 pounds gone!  achieve a career in Criminal Justice  Get down to 145-150 lbs!  respect my body and what I put in it and excersize.  To be able to tie my shoes without to much effort  fly without a seatbelt extender!  get to 150 pounds  To weigh 187: No longer obese!  get back on track with my weight loss program  Go to the doctor and start the weight loss surgery process!!!  start making better choices of food I'm eating  become the woman that I have always dreamed of being  lose 50 pounds!  to walk a long way with out giving out of breath  Get through 2 week post op liquid diet!
