 Run a 5K by this time next year.  Reach ONEderland!  lose 120 Lbs.  To run a 5km Race Someday!  to reach 250lbs  weigh 165#'s  lose 10 % of my body weight  My goal is to get my weight that i gained back off  have my RNY surgery and get my new life started!  Weigh under 280 Lbs  MAKE IT TO 140  finish my associates degree this year  to be able to shop in a "normal" clothing store, not Lane Bryant or Avenue.  Ride amusement park rides with my daughter  Do the best I can to prepare myself for surgery and follow all of the guidelines  Be less than 200lbs  Get my 64 oz of fluids and to get at least 60 grams of protein  lose 95lbs  Learn to horse ride  not have to worry if I am too fat to ride on amusement park rides.  Get to 175 pounds  Try new physical activities like rollerblading and exercise classes  comfortably trim my toenails  I want to feel proud of my body instead of ashamed.  Be able to walk one mile  Weigh 230lbs or less.  get through this clear liquid post-op diet...  Get off my blood pressure medication  wear a size 10 :)  200Lbs and a better quality life!  First goal is to get to my surgery date with out chickening out  to get energy to get some work done!  Learn to ski  buckle my seatbelt  eat right ,exercise and weigh 145lbs.  Shop in a "regular" store for clothes  run (really run) in local 5Ks.  Fit comfortably in an airplane seat  Work towards creating an environment that makes me happy.  to loose 50 Lbs.  to learn how to like myself, even though I am not perfect.  Work out at Curves 3 times per week.  Fit into a size 18  My goal is to get down to a size 6.  loose my title as.... morbily obese  shop at Ann Taylor and Anthropologie!  Get into a single digit Pants Size  Be able to tuck in my shirts.  Ride my horse again  one day at a time
