 keep my new tool intact, not stretch it out and follow the rules and regulations  To be able to climb and lift things and move things better.  Feel comfortable with what I look like, preferably doing so in a size ten!  To feel better about myself.  Finish weight letter, fax paperwork to PCP.  Be able to weigh myself on a regular scale  get gastric bypass surgery approved and scheduled  not have to worry about breaking furniture  TO BECOME A LOSER AND GET HEALTHY  do what is right for me no matter what anyone says.  hit 142 lbs, which will make me half of my original weight!  Achieve BMI of 29.9 or less in March 2007  To get approved for my WLS before May 2007  walk every day  research WLS; make informed decision whether it is right for me  go to Europe with my sister and not be stared at because of my size. :)  Be able to ride a bike.  keep my weight off  Go back to college to take some English lit courses for fun.  Feel young and alive and full of energy  have a BMI below 30  Take dancing lessons (ballroom, belly, whatever!) and dance with my husband  wear a normal necklace that fits loosely  Only eat three meals per day, no grazing.  buy a hot pair of Lucky jeans  Be able to move better and without getting winded so soon.  Be able to play and run with my kids.  To shop with my friends.  Reach 125 lbs! 22.1 BMI here I come!!!  To stop having to take insulin injections  Take a yoga class  Eat healthier NO cheating  HAve a successful surgery free from complications  be able to walk around the block pain free  Lose 115 pounds  Getting Healthy by losing weight  avoid our family's plague of diabetes and resultant heart attack death.  not be embarrassed to see old friends from high school or college.  Join the YMCA and workout more and enjoy it more with my kids.  to wear a size 12 dress  To be able to fit in seats better when I am in public.  Not feel like a huge embarrasment to my children and family.  To improve my spiritual life.  go to the beach in shorts and a tank top and not be embarrassed.  1. Make an appointment with my PCP to get a referral  ride my bike in the ms150  To have gastric bypass surgery before the end of the year...time for a new life  lose 300lbs  To look better and more attactive.  To be able to move and do more things in intimate situations. (ahem)
