 Weigh 173 by April 10, 2007  Sleep in a bed again instead of having to sleep in a recliner  fit into a size 12 or smaller by Feb. '08  Get down to 160 pounds  lose weight and be healthy  To walk my dog around the block.  Weigh less than 200 pounds!  Write A Book With a Strong WLS Character  lose 120 pounds.  Resistance/ Weight Training 2-3 times a week  get approved for WLS  return to school and finish my BSN in the next 2 years.  Play softball again  Loose at least 50 lbs or more by May  Get through the next 2 weeks of liquid diet befor my surgery  Reach 150 pounds!  See the Bariatric Surgeon for the first time soon.  Run A Marathon In All 50 States  To follow preop guidelines  take the stage in a leading role and WOW people.  read my Bible daily.  be in the 100's by summer '07.  Become a therapist for WLS patients both pre- and post surgery.  reach my goal weight of 130lbs.  Fit a somfortably in a size LARGE  Nutritonist appointment  wrap a normal sized towel around myself comfortably.  Finish My Book  be an example to other women/men seeking WLS.  Be in the 100s by Fall 07  Lose 140 lbs  Loose 100 pounds by my 1 year surgiversary  walk or play with my kids and be comfortable.  I want to be at 164lbs by 6/13/07. That will mean in 1 yr I have lost 173lbs  be a better Christian mother/wife/friend daily.  i want to sit with my legs crossed  Getting through the first two weeks after surgery  be able to walk a 20 minute mile in the next 2 months. (April '07.)  be in the best physical and emotional health before age 50 and maintain it!  be able to climb steps at work by my return date and not have aching knees.  To not have cankles anymore!  get back on track and lose the regained weight and finally reach my true goal.  To have a normal BMI  Learn to accept a compliment graciously  be a good example of healthy eating to my kids.  be able to walk a 20 minute mile.  lose most of the fat off of my body & sit in an economy airline seat comfortably  Take a Kick Boxing Class!  My goal is to weigh about 150-160 lbs. and have a normal BMI.  To live
