 touch my hand flat to the floor when I bend from the waist  Start exercising every day for 30 mins.  provide a good role model for my daughter  Get to "One-derland"  Run a 5K without walking any of it.  have my husband carry me across the threshold  Ride a horse again  Be comfortable in a single coach airline seat  play outside for long periods of time with my kids.  Get approved for the surgery  Play a sport for fun  Hit 285 what I was in 1999  Make appts. for pre-op tests this week; schedule app. with LNP and dietician  feel comfortable in an airline seat  Love Myself  Weigh 145 lbs and fit into a size 10...and have dangerous curves again!  Go to an amusment park and fit on the rides, comfortably.  get the lapband!!!  git rid of fat rolls that cause rashes  weigh under 250lbs  have a neck  walk without my legs rubbing together  be able to share my sister's clothes  breath while tying my shoes  Be able to wear a sexy dress and show it off!  lose about 150lbs. and live a normal life.  weigh under 300 lbs  walk or exercise at least twice per week  I want to live through this surgery with little problems. :)  feel better in the summer heat  Be able to like myself again, be proud of myself, regain self respect.  Learn to Swim  be a normal size, so my kids aren't subject to ridicule about their fat Mom  wear my high school class ring (size 7)  smile when I see a photo of myself  weigh under 200lbs  eat more vegetables, at least one serving per day  meet the love of my life and marry him  weigh less than my adult 6'+ sons  take one day at a time to dscover my new me.  shop in same store as my friends do  Lose 20 pounds before surgery.  learn to eat properly  Have my abdominals repair and a tummy tuck after I reach my weight.  be able to wear my wedding rings again!  play tennis (if I can develop the nec. hand eye coordination)  get down to 185 pounds and tone the rest.  feel beautiful without equivication  Get down to 130 lbs!!!  get rid of the CPAP
