 To loose 100 pounds and start running again.  reduce the pain in my knees/hips/ankles  Be allowed to ride the roller coasters at Cedar Point!  know my husband is proud to be seen with me.  reach 150-155 lbs.  Stick to 1,200 Calories  Take figure skating lessons  Loose 100 lbs. by April 2008  go deeper in God and align myself with His purposes.  be a healthier more active wife and mother  Actually like shopping for clothes rather than despising it!!  Travel with my family without being constantly uncomfortable.  buy cute, colorful bras that don't look like oversized slingshots  Wear jeans and pants without an elastic waist.  walk everyday and lose weight get my A1c level down again  start visiting family and friends that I have been too embarrased to see.  go to hawaii when i've reached my target weight  run a 10km Road Race  fill myself with activities and not food that sustain my well being  Start exercising at least 3 days a week for atleast 30 minutes.  Talk to God daily and thank him for this second chance!  150lbs  wear a single digit size jeans  Borrow my 21 yr. old daughter's clothes!  Weigh under 250 Lbs  no longer have to worry about diabetes (it runs in my family)  let my husband pick me up  Visit Norway Someday  inspire those around me how important it is to watch what you eat.  come home from work and not have to take meds for joint and foot pain  ride a rollercoaster,sit in a white plastic lawn chair, wear high heal shoes,run  Keep exercise, diet and blood sugar log everyday like a religion  be so satisfied with my life that I'd be willing to give it as a gift to someone  Begin getting and staying healthy to live a much longer life.  To walk on the beach for the first time in my life in a bathing suit  record and album and tour with my band Open Skye.  3. Decrease my dependancy on medicines for health problems.  Follow my carb recommendations by the Joslin Diabetes Center of 150 mg  Dance again!  get healthy and be able to run around with my family.  Be able to have children someday /decrease pcos symptoms  Be a participant---not just a spectator!  talk to my doctor about the possibility of bypass surgery.  complete my fundamentals of massage school.  have lower cholesterol, lower blood pres. and no pain in my back or legs.  maintain my weight loss  sit criss-cross in a chair  to include myself in family photo's again  1. Live life to the glory and honor of Jesus Christ.  5. Enjoy hunting and fishing without limitations.
