 Walk the Labor Day Mackinac Bridge walk  Start walking on my breaks everyday at work  Reach 130# and a peaceful state of mind.  140  Be more active and healthier  TEACH MYSELF HOW TO EAT CORRECTLY AND EXCERCISE  live life to the fullest and be happy with what ever I do.  To be in a size 8 by the start of summer  wake up each morning with a great attitude  Is to be in size 12/14, by the summer  Get more energy  Lose 30 pounds by the end of Summer!  I wish to continue with my weight loss and exercise. No regain!!!  To "want" to excercise.  Cross my legs, ride comfortably on an airplane  Wear sexy underwear and nighties =)  Ride my bike with my kids  to tie my shoes  Track my food and water intake each day.  To get the insurance I need to get this going.  stop grazing and eating carbs  weigh 170 lbs., have a normal BMI, and have no more than 24% body fat.  have an uneventful surgery!  play with my Grandsons  PROUDLY WEAR A BATHING SUIT IN JAMAICA IN JULY 2007  Shape up, Get Healthy, Keep the weight off & Gain some coinfidence!!!  remind myself that I am wonderful and have wonderful people supporting me  to run and play and not get winded or tired  Keep positive!!  Walk upstairs without losing my breath  Weigh what I weighed when I graduated from high school - 123 pounds!  loose 20 pounds!!!  Be be a size 9 and to go to my 20th year reunion and wow everyone!!!  Finding a hospital close to home  Where a size 10  get my confidence back  walk a mile, then 2, then 3, then 4 at a time  Feel Attractive again  Minister in Kenya, Honduras, Liberia  have gastric bypass surgery  one day to be able to look in the mirror and be happy with the person that I see  To get through this surgery alive, and be on the loser bench!  to look sexy in a bathing suit  Take up Tae Kwon Do again  lose 30 more pounds  Get excited about my life again.  to see my grandkids grow up. and spand another 24 years with my husband  be vigilant about reduction in carbs  to always strive to be better than I was yesterday  drink less coffee, more water
