I have gained and maintain the loss.  Build my confidence and willpower  ride a bicycle  Shop at Normal Stores  Get my BMI below 40  Complete my bachlors degree and continue on earning my masters from Vanderbilt!  No more medications  lose weight, about 100 lbs  lose weight, get healthy  Cross my legs comfortably without holding my foot  wear thong underwear for my hubby  Socialize more  become a school teacher and eventually a college professor.  200  Raise my vitamin and iron levels  Weigh under 200 pounds  Be a happier person...and to quit seeing negativity everywhere  Run a marathon!  schedule an appointment with my doctor  Get a surgery date  Hit 135 lbs so I can be in the "normal range" for my BMI!  Go river rafting in June  maintain my weight. I have never maintained a weight loss ever in my life.  Stop taking diabetic medication  Achieve my BA in Social Services
