 not drink with my meals and to wait 30 mins after eating before drinking  lower my resting heart rate  reverse or eliminate the fatty deposits in my liver  Stay committed to this process and not get discouraged.  avoid complications of Type 2 Diabetes  Get a tattoo that marks my journey  see the closure on my slacks when I look down  become a normal person with no aches or pains that are related with obesity  follow diet as perscribed  wear normal calf-high boots  to only have one chin!  lose the softy ice cream tummy  have endurance  exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 mins per day  lose my stomach so I don't turn on the stove accidently  reduce or eliminate my hemoroids  Compete certificate program to enhance career  Travel to Japan  walk threw an entire store w/out a cart  lower my bad cholesterol, raise my good cholesterol  Grocery shopping without using one of those electric scooters.  lower my HBA1C below 6  attend at least one support group meeting a month  feel better! Phycially and emotionally.  Wear a two piece swim suit, and look good in it!  reverse my Type 2 Diabetes  make it up a flight of stairs without holding the railing.  finally be an average size, like my siblings  not be able to wear my wedding gown! It's a size 22 and still fits 30 yrs later  To wear high heels shoes without feeling like my knees and ankles are breaking  lose 110 lbs  To get under 200 pounds  To be able to comfortably cross my legs at the knees!  turn back my "real age," until I reach my real age or better  to admire my own body  loose my stomach so that my legs touch his when we hug  Get back to my PREpregnancy weight  quite wearing clothing "camoflages" me  find new ways to cope w/fear, anxiety, depression and joy.  sit comfortably in normal size theater or stadium seats  never again hear someone tell me "We don't make it in your size."  wear the Kimono my husband bought for me to wear when we renew our vows.  To loose enough weight, so that I can feel better and not take so many meds.  Be able to tie my shoes and cross my legs AGAIN! I will love to walk the stairs  work out 3 times a week  Pass the CCS-P test by May 07  To be able to sit on the floor (and get back up again!)  Get below 150  complete a Half Ironman Triathlon (70.3 miles)  start the process of getting gastric bypass surgery
