 Wear shorts in public  To be heathly and know I deserve to be healthy  be able to look at myself and like who I see.  Feel good about myself and get healthy.  ...reach my target weight of 175 pounds by the summer of 2009.  Finish my AA degree  Drink more water  To take my vitamins everyday  Wear shorts again  Get off diabetes medicine  run in a 5K race  Be around for my daugter when she grows up.  Be able to sit on the floor.... and get back up again  To get to 130lbs  To look in the mirror and love the person I see  See the underside of 200(lbs) and be healthier  175 pounds!!!!  Experience the sensation of air passing between my thighs as I walk  Go to the gym every day for the rest of the week!  Prevent diabetes  Lose enough weight I can walk without pain.  have my husband proud to be with me (even tho he says he is)  Fit comfortably in any booth in any restaurant  Lose enough weight to sit confortably at work.  Stop letting my weight dictate my life.  be under 300 pounds  Feel confident  Take my children to the park  to be normal  Wear my wedding rings again  loose 30 Pounds by July!  To be able to have a bath, not just showers  wear a bikini with confidence  TO BECOME ACTIVE, HEALTHY, AND TO MAKE GOOD FOOD CHOICES.  lose at least 50 pounds by 1-7-08, my 33rd birthday!  embrace my new life & praise God for my happiness!  shop at Victoria's Secret  Get off blood pressure medicine  Work my band and make my band work for me!!  Loose 1/2 my pre surgery body weight.  Is to become healthier and get down to 165 lbs.  Shop in a regular clothing store, never done this in my life  Lose enough weight that I do not develop diabetes.  Walk or exercise at least 5 days per week  be able to do the things that most take for granted.  feel confident instead of always wondering what people think about my size  water ski  to weigh 175  drink, drink, drink h2o, more protein  Buckle the back car seat strap in my mother-in-laws car
