 To be under 180 pounds  SKY DIVE,SCUBA DIVE  maintain weightloss after surgery  fit into a size 14-16 dress for our military ball on the 24th of Feb.  Be at peace. No more diets, shame, and other's judgments about my size.  parasail  Be able to walk without being in constant pain.  be healthier and bring my base weight under 200 pounds  Ride a Roller Coaster  Improved health reduce meds  feel normal  Be able to dance, walk, stand, climb stairs, and exercise without pain.  wake up each day with lots of energy  To Have A TUMMY TUCK!! :)  to eat something today..baby steps please  LIVE LIFE TO FULLEST!!!  seek first the kingdom of God in all things and acknowledge Him in all things  Get to my goal weight by October 14th!  150 LBS.  exercise 30 mins. 3 times a week.  get through my first office visit.  Weigh under 200  reach 199 or lower by my 3 month check up  get down to 250 pounds,possibly even 225 :)  be healthy!!!!!!  Get to 225 lbs and a size 40 pants.  I am going to survive my surgery!!!  Ride a bicycle, shop, do Disneyland without a wheelchair, and long walks.  Wear a size 18.  weigh 150 or LESS!!!  walk proud in my bikini on spring break!  to lose weight and to be healthy and happy again  To lose weight!  Go jogging  lose 10 more pounds  My goal is to get down to 120lbs  to loose what my dr wants me too  To have surgery, watch diet, discontinue meds, play with kids outdide!  Get to ONEderland  Strive to be more like Christ everyday  Love my husband the way he deserves  be healthy and off all medications  Think positive thoughts  go on a cruise  Weigh less than 200 lbs by September 2007  excersize at least 5 times a week  ride the rides at disneyland  wear single digit clothes  To reach my goal weight of 150.  every year do something I never thought I would/could do because of the weight!
