 To wear a size 12.  I will get involved with at least one 5k run this summer.  To loose 100 pounds and start running again.  fit into a size 6  Travel with my family without being constantly uncomfortable.  140 LBS  come home from work and not have to take meds for joint and foot pain  18. Buy some HOT club clothes and hit the nightclubs to dance!  Begin getting and staying healthy to live a much longer life.  To feel confident and start dating again  wear Size 14-16 jeans.  Be allowed to ride the roller coasters at Cedar Point!  maintain my weight loss, and live a healthy and happy life with my family  Buy a Cute Summer Dress  Be at 140 and save enough money to get this skin off me  fill myself with activities and not food that sustain my well being  1. Live life to the glory and honor of Jesus Christ.  I want to prepare myself to run the Gate 9K river run in Feb 2008.  learn to ride a horse.  Improve my bellydancing and practice daily.  Loose 100 lbs. by April 2008  To Get PreCert for Surgery  To go to Sturgis on my trike in October  Lose the weight and be able to qualify for a liver transplant  Have the lap-band procedure and use it as a tool to attain & maintain goal wt.  Dance again!  I will start jogging at least once a week for 1 mile.  3. Decrease my dependancy on medicines for health problems.  Run 2 Miles without stopping  RUN and PLAY with my children, not just watch!  learn to rollerblade  get healthy and be able to run around with my family.  inspire those around me how important it is to watch what you eat.  Reach 180 lbs by July 4th  135  I want to reach my personal goal to weigh 150lbs by November 6th, 2007. 1 Year  lose weight and keep it off  I will exercise a minimum of 5 days a week  To be able to shop at the mall and not the plus size store.  20. Go to a spa & get full body massage-bikini and Brazillian Wax!
