  • I WAKE UP EVERYDAY WITH A VERY BRIGHT ATTIDTUDE THAT I AM STILL HERE AND WANT TO TAKE IN EVERYTHING. I WALK 10 MIN. IN THE MORNING, 10 MIN. AT LUNCH AND 10 MIN. AFTER MY LAST MEAL.

  • wELL IM A CHEF ...SO I KNOW THIS IS GOING TO BE HARD...I'M HAVING THE LAP BAN ON 07/08...DAYM IM GOING TO MISS ALL OF THE FOOD I COOK....BUT ILL LOV THR WAY IM GOING TO LOOK AND FEEL

  • I had the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass on May 20th 2008. So far I have lost 40 lbs but I feel that I am starting to go back to some old habits. I started munching during the day. I dont want to go back where I came from. Any help??
