Hello Everyone,

My name is Jennifer and I am an official OH Support Group Leader.  I have started a Weight Loss Support Group for the Niagara Region, both online and a physical group that meets once a month, currently at the McBain Community Centre/YMCA in Niagara Falls, ON.  I have noticed that there is not much out there in way of support groups in the Niagara Region and thought with the growing number of people out there looking for help that I would like to be the one to start this group so that there is somewhere we can go to share our stories.
