130.000000 Dang! Gained 0.8 and cannot say I am in the 120's today. I blame it on having to eat out last night and the salt. Oh well, will get it off again. At least I had a total stranger, a lady, come up to me in the grocery store yesterday and say: "Oh my gosh, you are so tiny." That about blew me away. I guess with everyone in America now looking obese, just being the right size makes us look like miniature humans.

 Holy crap, my weight shot up almost 3 lbs overnight, it's been a while since I have had that happen AND seen 157 on the scale!
