121 today.  that extra pound is my "peanut butter and pizza pound". good grief, I've got to get a life if I name my pounds.   Did a lot of studio cleaning yesterday which to me counts as exercise. have to set up an art show today kind of thrown together.  big party tomorrow as the 15th aniversary of our studio.  should be good. loads of work to do. maybe i will lose one half ounce.    diane

Hi Everyone,

The scale is still going in the right direction, down to 179.4 which is a 1.4 lb loss.  I almost bought a new one because I thought it was stuck!! Hopefully the fact that it seems to be taking quite a bit longer to lose the last 20 pounds now as opposed to just post-op will teach me a lesson, and I won't put it on again.  Good grief!  Patience is definitely not my strong point.

Have a good one.

Post op---this morning, as I got on the scales and was aghast....UP #3!  **** wherte'd that come from, I asked myself...(surely not from the popcorn I had last night, oor. maybe from the pistachio nuts the night before...  wasn't going to post the scale- yah----147.4.  there it is.   Strange how thibngs can change a perspective:Yah, I'm still here...still kicking and digging my sleeve...19 months post WLS, 13 months into maintenance...It's doable, folks.  Getting ready for some major life changes (retirement, for one...)...so grateful...shoot, been to the dentist today; I've outlived a freaking bridge, and need it replaced.  CRAZY when you figure that my eating habits of 20+ plus years caused the need for the bridge in the first place...and that, due to WLS and SANITY...I've outlived it... Well.....Whew..more than my puny brain can comprehend! This is how I see myself in the mirror.  (I'm humbled...and delighted at the same time!)   So smiling today, Bonnie

It's all in the big picture...The forest--not the trees  (thanks, Tom, for that)

Backing out....backing down....chilling.   bonnie

155.0 Yeah, I'm weighing again. No, the scale isn't moving. Yeah, I'm trying some small changes (no knee-jerks) to see if it helps. No, nothing is changing. Yeah, I'm going to get blood work done some day.
