Had my annual physical yesterday, everything is good, but this was an EXTENSIVE physical - I jumped on to my wife's healthplan and they have an "Executive Health Exam" - over two hours of tests, etc. They did find a couple of minor things to follow up on, and I'm waiting for blood work, but mostly everything is great.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
