Ready for the week, I think. I'm recommitting to my running. It seems when I'm working nights I have a very, very hard time getting any exercise in. And the World Series didn't help this week. But today starts a 2 week stint of day shifts. I should be able to get in some good runs and maybe a hike or two!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
