122.5. Stayed up late reading "the Goldfinch". took awhile to get into it but its getting good now. Big kiln opens today. Hope I get some goodies. Sunny day so the dogs get a walk. diane

149 .8 This transition to retirement is kicking my butt.... Last week up as high as 157...what's with that.....? been peeing ever since....season's getting ready to change. Have the windows open to let the "warm" in (70's outside--50's inside) .... Confused and crazy, but hanging in there...Haven't left...going to ... (let me be there now)....shaking-but-confidant- bonnie

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

I really enjoyed reading The Goldfinch! For some reason, I felt like it was set in NY of the '60s and '70s, at least in the opening chapters. As I got farther into the book, the writing began to feel more like present day. Did you get that or was it just me?

I actually weighed myself today and don't want to talk about it :-)
