178.6 today, slight uptick but hopefully will keep fluctuating downwards in a couple of days.

Traveling for work tonight. I'm staying near a Whole Foods, so I stopped in for some soup for dinner. Didn't care for the selection, so I got a microwave soup...Get to my hotel and...no microwave. Sigh.
