123.5. peanut butter again.   Oh well, another sunny day for a walk. got some fresh raw fermented saurkraut yesterday. its really good. not like the yucky stuff from a can.   diane

No weight to report today. Back from hospital this morning after surgery to remove a wonky parathyroid gland yesterday. Not a lot of discomfort but will be close to my bed for the next few days while I work the anesthesia out of my system. Have to be careful not to start telling myself I 'deserve' stuff. Oh the lies!!!!

Umm.... as for the lies....treated myself to the movies last night. (Classic Movie series here - 6 old movies for $30. Last night was All About Eve.) Anyhow, I've been way stressed lately and kind of boiling angry under the surface - a story unto itself.... Went to the show by myself and "treated" myself to a small popcorn, which I didn't finish, and some chocolates. I "deserved" it of course. Been working so hard, blah, blah, blah.... REALLY???? No damage on the scale, but I'm supposed to be going down!

My husband and I decided to purchase a home in Tennessee and we just went out looking today. This would be my first home purchase (but not his)...kind of fun, kind of scary.

What happened to this site??? no posts are up since Jan 22, 2015

There are more posts almost daily. Something is odd about the site.  you have to click on whatever post you can see even if it is old. then go over to the righthand side of your screen and click on "Discussion" or at the top.  it makes it hard to find the discussion threads but they are there.   i am not getting them either and i am the group leader so i have to go through this process to find them.   And welcome back yoyo, we need ya!!!    diane
