VSG Maintenance Group for Thursday Apri 9th

Well,  not a great day because the three pounds I had lost are now right back on.      Poor choices and failure to get on the scale has done this.

No matter how I justify the choices they were not wise.

And so, am here to be accountable to not only myself ( and the scale ) but to you as well.   

Starting over!

Apple, it is all about accountability.  I know all too well how things can get horribly out of hand when I don't hold myself accountable.  So glad you are here! 

I've been down for the count with a virus all week.  I still don't have a lot of energy, but today I've been able to putter a little.  I'm actually thinking about taking a shower and getting dressed!  :)  My weight is down 2.8 lbs. since Monday.  I think some of that loss was sweated off from the fever I had for 3 days, so I don't know how accurate it really is.   Thank goodness I'm getting better, because my youngest woke up at 5 with an upset stomach.  My husband had to go to a meeting, so I'm taking care of her.  Poor little love bug is on the couch watching cartoons looking so out of it!
