VSG maintenance for April 25th

Morning Everyone

Today is my Friday!!!! Oh yay!!!!

scale not budging.  Doing ok with food, walking an hour everyday.  Yesterday the rain was coming down sideways and it too****il after noon to dry out and get warm at work.  

Before work a group of us will meet for coffee and catch up on the news.  One of us is undergoing medical challenges and is out of town for them.

Hi all, 122.5 still.  happy for some stability.  walked a lot yesterday with dogs and then doing kiln firing.

Another baby eaglet is in the process of hatching.  so fun to watch.    diane
