Well, going to be honest here, yesterday was a failure.   

A failure as far as what was put in my mouth.   HOWEVER I reached out to a wise fellow traveller and it is in perspective.  

Today is a new day.  Will pull up my big-girl socks and start all over again.

Walked for 90 minutes yesterday so that is, at least, something!
