Morning everyone:

Another beautiful day in the neighbourhood.   Have been ou****ering and trying not to walk on squishy slugs.  

Scale up 1. 5.  Sigh.  Sticking to the plan and walking,walking, walking.  

Life does go on.  And we will get there.

Good afternoon!  The scale is holding firm yet another day.  I'm ok with this.

Summer is now here in central Maine, with bright, sunny skies, and an expected high of 85 today!  Work is so extremely busy right now, I feel guilty taking time to write this, but as I need to to maintain my health, I'm doing so.  Hopefully, some relief will come soon, but so far, there's no end in sight.  Sigh... :)  Have a great day!

Hi all, back to town after a week . mom's 90th birthday party was a big success. i ate all kinds of junk and came back with a couple of extra pounds.  this is getting serious. gotta get after it.  great to be home and to be off of airplanes.   back to life. no more birthday cake or crackers.  diane
