our area has had no rain for a month and living in the so called rain forest belt this is not good.  Yesterday the Fire Dept roared up because somebody reported wisps of smoke behind work.  Thankfully it was a very small one but imagining  the inferno was scary.  Camp fire ban in effect immediately.

Scale up .6 lbs today, but that's my norm after an intense workout with my trainer. I'm going to be sore, sore, sore by this evening. I can tell. It's a sore I don't mind though.

I want to go to the movies. No one to go with today. Poop! Maybe I'll go it alone. That's always fun, too.

Dogs to groom and old men to take care of. Off I go.....

Today is my 3 year Surgiverary...Blessed and Thankful!  I'm so happy to be where I am today...Life is good!

Massage. Relaxing afternoon with my husband.  Dinner and drinks with friends. (no guilt)

Church and food shopping and prep tomr.
