I found this article interesting. Of course I'm not sure how our altered anatomy and to a degree metabolism fit in to all of this, but overall good info.

I'm a endo/meso mix that wants to gain muscle mass. I'm probably not too far off with the 40% C, 30% P, 30% F ratio I currently have set up in MFP.

Endo/Meso???? maybe actually a Meso, but I'm not sure. bone structure is way heavy, but when I'm trim, I don't look like and endo. I liked the article, especially since it backed up my response to your post about your NUT's carb load recommendation.

I think the author also points out that while there are general guidelines, fat loss, muscle gain, maintenance is highly individual. Careful tweaking is crucial.
